About Eva

Eva with Moose and Phoenix

There was a time when I felt like I was spinning my wheels—working hard but not feeling fulfilled. I knew I was meant for more, but I didn’t know how to get there. Then I discovered the power of coaching, and it changed everything. Now I help others create that same transformation.

My own journey hasn’t been linear. As an Army brat, I learned early how to adapt, rebuild, and find strength in new beginnings. I’m also a domestic violence survivor—a chapter of my life that taught me what real resilience looks like and proved that knowing your worth and refusing to accept less than you deserve is what changes everything. Those experiences shaped who I am today and fuel my commitment to helping others step into their worth and refuse to settle for less than they deserve.

I believe in honoring the struggle, because growth isn’t always easy—but it’s always worth it. My coaching is built on the idea that clarity, confidence, and consistent action can transform your life.

I live in the Pacific Northwest with my husband, Moose (yes, that’s really what people call him)—a retired Air Force veteran—and our dog, Phoenix. When I’m not coaching, you can find me hiking with Moose, watching Ted Lasso again, or trying to keep my houseplants alive despite their obvious will to die.

My mission is to help as many people as possible step into their full potential and create lives they’re proud of. I believe that when we show up as our best selves, we inspire others to do the same—and that’s how we change the world.

I’ve been coaching since 2021, and a Certified High Performance Coach™ since 2023.
